As a therapist, I’m deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I believe in the power of therapy to bring clarity, growth, and healing especially during life’s most overwhelming moments. Whether you’re navigating personal struggles, relationship challenges, or emotional pain, my goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and intention.

I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Faulkner University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are ready to explore what’s holding them back and are seeking tools to create meaningful change in their lives. I specialize in areas such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, parenting, life transitions, and sexual identity. I am also an ally to the LGBTQIA2S+ community and strive to ensure each client feels truly seen and supported.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m an advocate for victims’ rights and committed to making mental health care more accessible and equitable. I also value self-care and enjoy listening to music, spending time with my family, and finding joy in the small moments. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll not only find relief but also rediscover your strength, purpose, and peace.
