Our office is currently operating as a hybrid practice with both in person and Telehealth options available. In office appointments are located in Brewton, Alabama at 106 Mason St. 

We are a fee for service practice. We also accept the following insurances (Aetna, Ambetter, United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, etc).
