As a proud Chicago native and Associate Licensed Counselor, I bring over a decade of experience in human services to my work in mental health. I’ve always been passionate about helping others feel seen, heard, and supported especially those facing significant life challenges. My approach is centered on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can be their full selves and begin to heal.

I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Alabama State University and am currently pursuing full licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals experiencing severe mental illness, substance use challenges, and emotional distress. These experiences have deepened my commitment to offering therapy that is not only clinically sound, but also deeply human and empowering.
